Lumi Global wants to help businesses further enhance the experience for their shareholders attending the annual general meetings.
In a press release on Tuesday, the world leader in software and real-time audience engagement technology said it bought Feedback Italia’s market-leading digital tablet solution to add convenience and security for businesses in registering delegates. According to CEO Richard Taylor:

Our latest product development will streamline on-premise processes for issuers, making it easier to register and verify shareholders whilst also boosting the experience and levels of engagement investors can have.
Attendees, Lumi added, could also use the tablets to easily access important information related to the meeting.
Interestingly, it developed the product to be fully hybrid compatible to ensure a similar experience for retail investors that are more likely to not be present in person due to the high cost of travel and accommodation.
But the collective voice of retail shareholders, as per Lumi Global, is now louder than ever, and it wants its clients to have an innovative platform to interact with them.
Hybrid is here to stay, and Feedback Italia’s tablets will provide Lumi’s customers the ability to further incorporate digital, integrated solutions to effectively and intuitively run meetings. Acquiring Feedback Italia’s world-leading tablets allows us to continue revolutionising how companies conduct critical and compliance-driven meetings, with innovative technology at the core.
Lumi now has more than 5,000 organisations as customers, including notable names like BP, HSBC, and IBM.
