Vista Global Holding, the top private aviation group in the world, announces that it has entered a definitive purchase agreement with the fastest-growing charter operator in North America, Jet Edge, to purchase its private aviation services platform.
During the announcement, Jet Edge, an integrated charter, brokerage and management platform and a leading provider of super-midsize and large cabin private jet charter services, has a total run rate of over 60,000 yearly flight hours. Following the close of the deal in the second quarter of 2022, Vista expects to expand its fleet availability to roughly 350 aircraft.

This move highlights Vista Holding’s continued investment efforts in the United States, the fastest-growing and largest part of the world. It also follows another recent agreement with AIR HAMBURG, which helps balance its fleet to address the demand it experienced In two of the biggest aviation markets.
